as a partner at cox architects and woods bagot in sydney, randolph has gained significant practice management and project delivery experience at the highest level within the australian architecture and planning professions. randolph joined dca as business director late in 2009 specifically to assist in positioning the practice to be able to meet the demands and opportunities being presented to service the needs of canberra’s growth.

bryn challis is an architect with over 25 years' experience in the design, documentation and construction of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. bryn brings to each project his meticulous attention to detail and strong understanding of building systems and structures.

Maggie Ziemski
Senior Architect

maggie emigrated to Australia in 2010 after running her own architectural practice since 2004 in johannesburg, SA, building on an award winning academic career. With strong experience in commercial, residential and institutional projects across africa and in europe, maggie brings a passion for design excellence and rock-solid project management expertise to her work at dca.

Richmond Henty
Project Architect

richmond henty is an architect with over four years’ professional experience in the private sector in both the ACT and in tasmania. graduating with honours from the university of tasmania in 2005, richmond brings a keen design and colour sensibility and a commitment to sustainable design to his specialist work in housing and aged care.

Sai Gopal Mamidi
Project Architect

with a masters of design science (building and sustainability) from the university of sydney and experience in commercial and residential projects in both sydney and in India, gopal specialises in design development and documentation and manages the CAD and IT systems within dca.

Tim Lee
Design Consultant

tim lee’s outstanding design skills have been utilised by cox architectsand mitchell, giurgola thorp in the development of a range of high profile commercial and institutional projects in australia, the middle east, asia and europe. tim also possesses a significant portfolio of work in multi-residential developments in regional australia. along with his broad experience and exquisite drawing skills, he brings a live, open-minded and innovative approach to design work on new projects at dca.

Richard Hudson
Healthcare Consultant

richard hudson possesses 25-years of experience in the management, master planning, design, documentation, and construction of complex building projects. since 1990, he has focussed his expertise in the development of health care facilities for both institutional and private clients across australia and overseas and applies this high-level experience to dca's healthcare projects.

Sarah Windley
Student Architect

recipient of a commendation in the 2010 RAIA / cox humphries hoss student design prize, sarah completed her first degree in architecture at the university of canberra in 2010, and provides project design and documentation support at dca at a level well beyond her student status.  dca is proud to have the opportunity to assist sarah's development in the profession of architecture.
